DOES PLAYING GAMES CHANGE MIND???

I want to say all the readers at the beginning itself that you have to read the full article to get my point.

Last time as always when I was in front of my TV I just came across a discussion that playing games changes mind and I contradict this statement; I have my own point of views and reasons for that.

WHY WE GET ADDICTED TO VIDEO GAMES??
The main reason many of us get addicted to games is that they do not understand the fact that games are just games. It’s true that when we find a game interesting we get addicted to it. But there is a question that why we get addicted to it. It’s just because we give more importance to it or when we always think about that. Games should be taken just as games. We should not give more importance to it. We should also notify or have a glimpse if games are really taking away more time from our daily life. We should control ourselves as much as possible.
SOME WAYS TO PROTECT OURSELVES FROM GETTING MORE INTERESTED TO CERTAIN GAMES.
The best way to protect ourselves from getting addicted to games is to spend less time on it (maximum one hour daily). Don’t give more interest to it. Realize the fact that games are just games. And the main problem, do not bring games to the real life. Or compare it with the real life. There are few gamefreaks who do this. And of course you know that each game show on its covers that which age group can play these games.eg.6+shows that a child who is 6 years or above 6 years can play those games; following this also reduces the harmful atmosphere.
REALIZE THESE THINGS …AND BRING IT UP PRACTICAL…

WHY OUTDOOR GAMES ARE BEEN FLUSHED OUT AND VIDEO GAMES ARE BEEN TRACKED IN??
As the world takes a step ahead of urbanization each day the number of towns and cities increases. And of course as you know how much a child can play outdoor games if he is living in a town or city. His freedom is limited. He can only move out with his father on weekends or whenever his father is free. So there is a less scope for the child to play outdoor games. And as the situation is like this each child find his entertainment and fun through video games ot stuffs like that. This is the main reason why outdoor games are been flushed out or its being an unimportant thing. And I think everyone should know this fact.

SOME ADVANTAGES OF VIDEO GAMES
If I say video games have their own advantages you all should agree that, because it’s truly true. There are many examples to prove this, among them I am grabbing one example and dropping here.
Playing some racing games increases the time of reaction of your mind and your hands. You can get a clear control of your mind over hands. NFS most wanted is a game that you all know, and if you play that game you can improve your hand speed and presence of mind is the fact that many of us doesn’t know because you want these things to evade the cops when they try to catch you, and it will start developing in your mind when you try to win each level is an unknown truth.
And one thing that I want to say you all is that there are some games which take you to the wrong path, and better avoid playing those games….
I will make the whole article clear to you in a small way within a couple of lines-
Playing outdoor games helps in physical fitness whereas,
Playing videogames helps in mental fitness….
